We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in a corporate environment. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to build on your customer service skills and lead a small team.

About the RoleThis varied role offers the opportunity to establish and maintain a day-to-day relationship with the customer and provide excellent administration services for government and corporate clients. You will develop an understanding of the customer's business to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.
Key responsibilities include ensuring team/site productivity, customer, and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership of a team. You will also perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills, with a strong customer service mindset. Knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies are also essential.
