About the Role

The Customer Service Team Member will be responsible for efficiently handling and sorting mail, ensuring accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily management of mail and courier services
  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and stationery
  • Updating databases and presentations
  • Booking and lodging couriers with various companies
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Lifting may be required on occasion
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, be highly reliable, and have excellent attention to detail. Strong computer literacy skills are also essential, along with the ability to create engaging presentations and communicate effectively. Administrative, time management, and organizational skills are crucial, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
