Customer Service Team Lead Opportunity with Canon Business Services

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to lead a small team at Canon Business Services ANZ.
As a market leader in Business Process Optimisation and IT services, we help organisations optimise, automate and transform their operations. Our dedicated customer focus and agile approaches have earned us the trust of industry leaders.
The successful candidate will establish and maintain a day-to-day relationship with our government client, providing excellent administration services. Working on our client's site, the team efficiently handles and sorts mails, ensuring accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
The scope of this role includes:
- Developing an understanding of the customer's business to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.
- Ensuring team/site productivity and achieving customer and employee engagement targets through operational management and effective leadership.
- Performing daily operational/administration tasks as necessary, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Ensuring service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews.
- Assisting with monthly customer reports, including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills. Your strong customer service mindset means you always strive to deliver and exceed client expectations.
