Job Description

As a Junior Team Leader at Canon, you will establish and maintain a day-to-day relationship with our government and corporate clients. Your primary objective is to provide exceptional administration services and drive business growth through strategic customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and preferences to anticipate their requirements and identify opportunities for additional revenue.
  • Lead a team to achieve operational management targets, including customer satisfaction, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Perform daily operational tasks while ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
  • Contribute to monthly customer reports, supplier invoicing, and cost centre allocation.

About You

You have a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or hospitality. As an ambitious professional, you possess excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences drives your desire to exceed client expectations.
