About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Canon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a day-to-day relationship with our clients, providing excellent administration services, and leading a team to achieve operational management and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our clients' businesses to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue.
  • Lead a team to ensure that customer, employee engagement, and productivity targets are achieved through effective leadership and operational management.
  • Perform daily operational and administrative tasks as necessary, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
  • Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews.
  • Assist with monthly customer reports, including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills. Your strong customer service mindset means you always strive to deliver and exceed client expectations. Ideally, you have worked in a retail or hospitality sector and are looking for an opportunity to work in a corporate environment. You may have had a small taste of leading a team or always wanted to have a team to lead.

Estimate Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
