- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness.
- Provide guidance and coaching to individuals, empowering them to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Registered with AHPRA or eligible to register upon graduation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to work in various settings, including community-based environments and accessible clinics.
