At the heart of this role is empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and promote independence.
Key to success in this position is possessing a Certificate III or IV in Disability Services, Individual Support, or a similar qualification, as well as a current drivers licence and COVID-19 vaccination status.
The ideal candidate will work closely with participants to identify and support their needs, promoting community engagement and access to new experiences and opportunities.
