Empowering Young Lives Therapeutic Services Role

We are seeking a Senior Clinician to facilitate recovery, empower participants to make positive choices, and contribute to building a robust evidence base for effective support strategies.
You will work closely with the Clinical Team Leader and provide supervision to the team's Clinicians. Your opportunity is to be part of this transformative program that provides trauma-specific therapeutic family violence services to young people who use violence.
">- The Wattle Project offers therapeutic intervention to young people and their families, case management, and brokerage support to address the cause and impact of a young person's violence at home.
- The Falcon Project provides therapeutic intervention to young people aged 12-18 years who use or are at risk of using physical or sexual violence.
As a Senior Clinician, you will have the ability to empower young people to make positive changes in their lives by providing direct service in clinical assessment and treatment of young people and families.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking a Senior Clinician who has a sound understanding of trauma and its impacts on attachment and developmental milestones for young people.
Bachelor degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology, Art Therapy or related discipline is essential.
Significant experience conducting clinical work with adolescents is also required.
