Disability Support Worker Role Overview

This role focuses on providing comprehensive support and care to individuals with disabilities.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital part in empowering people to live fulfilling lives by offering day-to-day assistance and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support and personal care to customers
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Facilitate community participation through outings, events, and hobbies

Requirements:
  • Valid VIC Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

  • Capacity to meet the physical demands of the job, including manual handling tasks
