Job Opportunity: Empower Lives Through Employment Support

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Employment Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of job seekers by delivering tailored employment solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to achieve positive outcomes. This will involve identifying and securing employment opportunities, supporting job seekers to develop skills and become job ready, and delivering quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure employment opportunities for job seekers with local employers
  • Support job seekers to identify and develop skills to become job ready
  • Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance job seekers' employability through training and referrals to support services
  • Develop personalised job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A MyGovID (Standard level)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
