Requirements

  • Substantial experience working within the NDIS framework supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
  • Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage a dynamic caseload effectively.
