About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 8 customer service representatives to deliver top-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a customer service team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Set team objectives and monitor performance against targets, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer service standards, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
- Handle complex customer enquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to team members to develop their skills and capabilities, promoting growth and development.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes, driving success and growth.
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and solutions for improvement, ensuring continuous learning and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
- A degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proven experience in leading a customer service team in a business services environment, with a track record of success and achievement.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
