Job Summary:

Michael Page is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our global team. As a key member of our business services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service professionals to achieve service excellence.
  • Set team objectives and monitor performance against targets.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer service standards and drive business growth.
  • Handle complex customer enquiries and issues, ensuring resolution to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and solutions for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Educational background in business, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading a customer service team in a business services environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A customer-focused approach and problem-solving abilities.
