Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Healius. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering in-bound telephone calls and transferring calls across the business
- Ability to make outbound telephone calls
- Communicate test results to our Doctor's, Medical Support Staff and Warfarin Patients
- Previous experience an advantage however not essential
About You
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
