Job Title

Culinary Operations Manager

A highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes in a commercial kitchen setting.

This senior role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct a team of culinary staff to achieve exceptional standards of quality and consistency.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, purchasing and stock management, in accordance with established standards and procedures.
  2. To manage kitchen operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  3. To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
  4. To work closely with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of meals to customers.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients and presentation methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
