Job Title: Culinary Operations Manager
We are seeking a high-level culinary leader to join our team in Sydney's CBD.
This is an opportunity for an experienced chef who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences for corporate clients.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to support daily kitchen operations, helping to deliver fine dining, executive catering, and polished corporate events throughout the week, with occasional evening functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- 10+ years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within corporate or fine dining settings
- Strong skills in supporting daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation
- Ability to assist with menu planning featuring local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients
- Experience mentoring and motivating kitchen staff
- Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock management
- Professional communication skills and client-focused attitude
- Comfortable working with digital systems for ordering and rostering
