Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food quality, presentation, and consistency meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, working closely with the culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared to perfection.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior chefs, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and manage kitchen costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to maintain profitability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior chef or equivalent role.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
