Senior Culinary Manager

We seek a Senior Culinary Manager who will drive culinary excellence in our fast-paced corporate environment. This role is ideal for experienced chefs passionate about delivering high-quality dining experiences.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to support daily kitchen operations, focusing on quality, consistency, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing menu planning featuring local, seasonal, and plant-forward ingredients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menu plans that meet customer expectations.
  • Mentor and motivate kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock management practices.
  • Develop professional communication skills and client-focused attitude to deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in a professional kitchen, preferably within corporate or fine dining settings.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize duties accordingly.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and respond promptly to emerging issues.
