Bid Management Professional

The ideal candidate will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all bids, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders. They will establish and manage bid schedules, storyboards, and review cycles to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle to deliver compelling, high-quality, and competitive proposals to clients.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline bid processes, enhance proposal quality, and accelerate submission timelines.
  • Facilitate bid/no-bid decisions with senior leadership and maintain a bid library of reusable content, case studies, and credentials.
  • Use AI-powered tools to create high-quality, client-tailored bid content efficiently and apply AI for data analysis, win-themes development, and risk/competitor insights.
  • Ensure human oversight and compliance with all AI-assisted content and work closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, and Marketing to produce winning proposals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in Bid Management / Proposal Management within IT Consulting, SaaS, or Systems Integration.
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes, government and enterprise procurement, and contract structures.
  • Demonstrated AI expertise in content generation, workflow automation, and data-driven insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft persuasive executive summaries and win themes.
