Job Title: Senior Commercial Strategist

As a seasoned commercial strategist, you will lead cross-functional planning efforts across the Asia-Pacific region, driving business growth through strategic market analysis, retail distribution setup, and investment evaluations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership:
  • Partner with project management and global marketing teams to lead cross-functional project planning and execution for regional initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the execution of international projects and drive issue resolution.

Executive Communications:
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready proposals, strategic memos, and presentation decks for internal leadership on regional performance, new initiatives, and commercial priorities.
  • Anticipate stakeholder questions and ensure complete and accurate materials are available to support informed decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 6–8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, corporate development, international business, or financial planning roles.
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, investment planning, and business case development.
