Global Bid Management Role

The Global Bid Manager is a key member of our sales team, responsible for maximizing sales success by producing high-quality sales proposals and bid responses.

This position involves identifying viable bid opportunities, leading the internal and external process through various stages, from assessment to submission, presentation, negotiation, and evaluation.

A key task involves preparing and reviewing commercial aspects of each bid, ensuring all products or services are included in the final price, and aligning resources to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the internal 'Deal Desk' by identifying viable bid opportunities and leading the internal and external process.
  • Prepare and review commercial aspects of each bid, ensuring feasibility and aligning resources to customer requirements.
  • C'ordinate key stakeholders to develop a clear winning strategy and ensure themes are clear and compelling.
  • Create and maintain standard response documents, including security, export control, and legal guidelines.
  • Vette and approve non-standard T's & C's and NDA's.
  • Contribute to business planning, analyzing tender success, and improving procedures and internal processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on proposal structure, quoting, pricing, contract options, and value propositioning to drive deal closure.
