Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Corporate and Community Engagement to join our team at The Hospital Research Foundation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing, growing, and executing strategic partnerships and sponsorships to drive fundraising and awareness for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy to increase fundraising, awareness, and impact of The Hospital Research Foundation through corporate and community partnerships.
  • Identify new corporate partnership and sponsorship opportunities for The Hospital Research Foundation activities, including campaigns and events.
  • Work with partners and sponsors to create high-quality partnership and sponsorship proposals and agreements that are measurable and outline mutually beneficial opportunities for both parties.
  • Oversee the development and growth of the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Program.
  • Guide improved engagement and maximize fundraising opportunities through the use of organizational and integrated systems.
  • Ensure The Hospital Research Foundation's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is maintained with partnership and sponsorship contacts and activities.
  • Develop measures, actively monitor, and report on partnership, sponsorship, and Peer-to-Peer fundraising and engagement outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and growing partnership and sponsorship relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in building strategic networks and relationships.
  • Existing relationships within the community (desirable).
  • Demonstrated sales and/or business development experience.
  • Previous experience managing a small team is desired.
