About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnership Lead to join our team at Dementia Australia. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in strengthening our relationships with corporate partners and securing sponsorships for our key events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive revenue growth and increase our corporate partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate partnership opportunities, developing and presenting pitches to secure sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective engagement strategies and pitch materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our corporate partners, ensuring alignment with our values and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.

2-3 years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of securing corporate partnerships and sponsorships.Strong moral principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Demonstrated drive and motivation, with the ability to self-reflect and commit to ongoing learning and personal growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and internal stakeholders.Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
