We operate warehouses in various locations for complete solar supply, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses for battery supply.

Our vision is to be the premium procurement/distribution partner for all small, medium, and large size businesses in the renewable and electrical industry. We bring our products and knowledge to easily accessible local points, providing individual support and planning to enhance growth and profitability for our retail customers.

About the Role

Energy Spurt is seeking an experienced Corporate Service Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our dynamic and rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of departments and warehouses in Australia, coordinating the relationship among the Australian offices, and supporting our teams to achieve their objectives. The role is crucial in maintaining the high standard of service and operational excellence that our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement administrative and operational procedures and guidelines for the organization.
  • Responsible for the organization's administrative and human resources across all locations, including the coordination of Australian offices and warehouses.
  • Coordinate the relationship between various departments in the company, including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, etc.
  • Facilitate weekly operations team meetings, and develop and oversee the implementation and progress of action plans.
  • Provide information and support for the preparation of financial reports and assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Represent the organization in conventions, seminars, and public hearings, and actively promote both existing and new programs.
  • Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide operational support to senior management on administrative matters and the provision of accurate and timely information, and lead and manage the administrative staff to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Administration Manager or similar role in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are preferred. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred (based on the company's team composition and the background of our business partners).
  • Experience in liaison with different offices/branches of the company is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
