We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Corporate and Community Engagement to join our team at The Hospital Research Foundation Group (THRF Group).

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in developing, growing, and executing THRF Group partnerships and sponsorships, as well as overseeing the Peer-to-Peer fundraising and events in SA, ACT, and WA.

This role maintains and builds strong relationships with corporate and community organisations and individuals to generate awareness and fundraising income for THRF Group.

We focus on improved engagement, maximising fundraising opportunities, and building awareness of THRF Group and its mission with individuals, organisations, clubs, community groups, schools, and other potential sources of fundraising income across our 12 charity brands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a partnership strategy to increase fundraising, awareness, and impact of THRF Group through corporate and community partnerships in SA and WA.
  2. Identify new corporate partnership and sponsorship opportunities for THRF Group activities, including campaigns and events.
  3. Work with partners and sponsors to ideate and create high-quality partnership and sponsorship proposals and agreements that are measurable, outlining mutually beneficial opportunities for both parties and a thorough understanding of mutual objectives, expectations, and outcomes.
  4. Oversee the development and growth of the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Program.
  5. Guide improved engagement, maximising fundraising opportunities through the use of organisational and integrated systems where possible.
  6. Ensure THRF Group's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is maintained with partnership and sponsorship contacts and activities.
  7. Develop measures, actively monitor, and report on partnership, sponsorship, and Peer-to-Peer fundraising and engagement outcomes.
