We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to lead and grow our corporate partnerships, driving sustainable revenue and fostering impactful relationships.
This role will be responsible for developing and managing high-value corporate partnerships, ensuring our partners see significant value in their relationship with Diabetes Australia. The successful candidate will leverage their commercial acumen and innovative strategies to secure and nurture high-level sponsorships and partnerships, while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive revenue growth and foster meaningful relationships with corporate partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CMOs, and other key decision-makers.
- Develop and manage high-value partnerships, ensuring partners see significant value in their relationship with Diabetes Australia.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and develop innovative strategies to secure and nurture high-level sponsorships and partnerships.
- Oversee relationship management, ensuring that all partners receive tailored benefits and excellent service, while delivering on contractual obligations.
- Play a key role in annual strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting on the financial and social impact of our partnerships.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on revenue growth.
- Proven ability to secure and manage high-value partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing long-term plans.
- Data-driven decision-maker, able to use insights to guide partnership strategies.
- Leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performance teams.
