We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane office. This role will be responsible for providing first level support to staff via onsite Tech Bars, responding to walk-up requests, telephone support, and emails.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in IT service management, network troubleshooting, and customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Action Incidents and Requests via our IT Service Management Tool
- Level 1 Support for all End User devices and desk setup
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Assist with setting up and configuring devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems within the MS 365 platform
- Experience with packaging and deployment of Windows
- Experience troubleshooting third party applications across the Modern Managed device environment

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience

About You
">- Experience providing L1 Service Desk and Onsite Support
- Microsoft 365 experience (Azure Fundamentals Certification preferred) including Teams
- Strong people skills
- Demonstrate basic network troubleshooting skills
- Strong general troubleshooting skills
- Strong experience of customer service
- Understanding of IT Service Management processes and procedures
