The Enterprise Technical Support Specialist is responsible for managing a complex ticket queue of cases, providing timely updates to customers. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting enterprise-level software and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer tickets in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues with enterprise software
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing support role
- Able to read, write, and speak Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial planning software or integrations
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Working knowledge of SQL and DBMS
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
