Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, meet/exceed targets, and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prioritizing VIPs and fostering loyalty.
- Identify and onboard new cafes, retailers, and stockists, expanding wholesale reach.
- Promote new products, ensuring they receive the necessary attention.
- Manage wholesale profit and loss, maintaining financial stability.
- Solve customer issues promptly and provide regular updates on sales performance and growth opportunities.
- Deliver orders efficiently, ensuring smooth customer service.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and meetings, fostering industry connections.
What You'll Need:
- Experience in cafes, hospitality, or similar industries.
- Excellent time management, self-discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- A strong network within the industry, facilitating successful partnerships.
- Proven ability to close deals, manage relationships, and drive sales growth.

- Financial acumen, including budget management and PNL statement analysis.

- A valid driver's license for work-related travel.
