
Digital Wholesale Growth Specialist

As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in accelerating our wholesale growth across the Pacific. This dynamic position combines strategic engagement, initiative execution, and account management to drive digital sell-out, improve the consumer experience, and increase our share of wallet.
- You will translate global strategies into actionable plans for the Pacific region, serving as the lead point of contact for selected digital wholesale accounts and managing commercial performance.
- The role involves leading the rollout of tested digital initiatives across PAC, ensuring local adaptation and scalability, and conducting digital audits to drive Joint Business Plans with wholesale partners.
- You will optimize digital shelf performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and improving execution, providing digital expertise and training to internal teams and external partners to enable transformation.
- Collaboration is key in this role, working closely with global, regional, and market teams to share best practices and accelerate sell-out.
- You will use analytics platforms to generate insights and drive data-based decisions, achieving assigned sales and profit targets for designated accounts and categories.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, eCommerce, or Digital Partner Management.
- Proven experience managing wholesale accounts and delivering commercial growth.
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and digital commerce platforms.
- Experience in creating and executing joint business plans with external partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation, influencing, and networking skills. You should also have a deep knowledge of eCommerce operations, financial metrics, and digital consumer experience, as well as analytical and methodological skills.
