**Full-time Wholesale Sales Assistant**

**Hot Pink Fashion (Miss Anne Label)**

Hot Pink Fashion is a longstanding Australian formalwear wholesaler looking for a motivated, hardworking and hands on sales associate.

**About the role**

We're looking for a confident and cheery sales assistant to join us in our showroom, open Monday to Friday, 9am
- 5pm.

This role will involve:

- Face-to-face customer service in our showroom, maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;
- Collaborating with the team in a fast-paced working environment, fulfilling orders;
- Identifying sales opportunities, analysing market trends and providing feedback on growth opportunities.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Prior experience in fashion, retail or wholesale (ideally in formalwear);
- Prior experience in a customer service role;
- Excellent customer service skills, patience and a keen eye for detail;
- Hands on, vibrant and energetic;
- A love for fashion
- Native or fluent English skills;
