Digital Key Account Manager

  • To drive adidas' digital wholesale growth across the Pacific, we are looking for a Digital Key Account Manager who can translate global and Emerging Markets DPC strategies into actionable plans for the region.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as lead point of contact for selected digital wholesale accounts, manage commercial performance, and lead the rollout of tested DPC initiatives.
  • Key responsibilities include translating global DPC strategies into regional plans, serving as lead point of contact for digital wholesale accounts, leading the rollout of tested DPC initiatives, conducting digital audits to drive Joint Business Plans with wholesale partners, building long-term partnerships through seasonal sell-in processes, performance reviews, and product education, optimizing digital shelf performance by monitoring KPIs (CTR, PDP views, CVR, ATC, ROAS) and improving execution, and providing digital expertise and training to internal teams and external partners.
  • Achieving assigned sales and profit targets for designated accounts and categories, executing and adopting digital initiatives across key partners, improving digital KPIs such as conversion rate, ROAS, and product visibility, and delivering Joint Business Plans with key wholesale partners are all critical aspects of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent negotiation and influencing skills, deep knowledge of eCommerce operations and financial metrics, analytical mindset, and proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, eCommerce, or Digital Partner Management.
  • Proven experience managing wholesale accounts and delivering commercial growth.
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and digital commerce platforms.
