Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care Worker Roster Manager to join our team in Hornsby.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that requires creating effective care worker rosters to meet customer service requirements. You will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and managing workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave, and absence planning, as well as new employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage care worker rosters to ensure optimal staff utilization and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet changing customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and data entry for rostering and payroll purposes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer phone support to both customers and care workers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and employee records.
Requirements
  • Experience in rostering and scheduling staff in a high-volume work environment is ideal, but not essential.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong work partnerships and gain buy-in.
  • Able to prioritize and handle competing tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to take initiative to solve issues.
  • Values teamwork and tackles change with a positive outlook.
  • Competent in using MS Microsoft Suite, with prior exposure to online rostering systems being a bonus.
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
