Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Home Care Worker in the Hornsby area. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people so they have a safe and beautiful place to live
  • Personal Care: Assisting with meal preparation and shopping, getting customers up, showered and dressed for the day, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
  • Emotional Support: Providing respite and emotional support to our customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 6 months or more in a similar role including experience with personal care
  • Licence: A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role
  • Availability: Be available to work at least 3 days - Monday - Friday. No night or weekend work here.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary package, including:

  • Hourly Rate: $31.24 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance
