$45 per hour + Super + Paid KM's + Phone Allowance

About the Role:

This Part-Time Home Care Worker position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians, providing essential domestic assistance, personal care, and social support in a safe and beautiful home environment.



Your Day Will Include:

  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home to ensure it remains safe and beautiful for our customers to live in.
  • Helping customers with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring they have access to nutritious food.
  • Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting engagement and connection.
  • Personal care including getting customers up, showered, and dressed for the day, managing medication, and assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
  • Offering respite and emotional support, helping customers manage stress and anxiety.
  • Social support and transport to appointments, ensuring customers can access necessary healthcare services.
  • Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, requiring specialized support and attention.

What We Look for in a Care Worker:

We seek individuals who share our passion for assisting older Australians, promoting independence, and enhancing their quality of life.



  • Care about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer.
  • Possess a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential aspect of this role.
  • Are able to remain composed under pressure, adapting to challenging situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Able to work at least three days, Monday to Friday, without night or weekend shifts.
  • Comfortable working independently, finding solutions to everyday problems, and knowing when to seek assistance from management.
