About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Resource Planning Manager to join our team in Hornsby. As an Allocations Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling our Care Workers who provide in-home services with our customers.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity that requires strong planning and organizational skills. You will create effective schedules to meet customer service requirements, manage workforce planning needs, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage care worker rosters to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Plan and forecast workforce requirements, including roster changes, leave, and new employee onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate client and employee records.
  • Provide excellent customer phone support to both customers and care workers.

About You

  • You have experience in staff scheduling or a related field.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You can prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
  • You value teamwork and adapt well to change.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have prior experience with online rostering systems.
  • You hold a COVID-19 vaccination certificate with 2 doses.
