The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Correct Accident Repairs North Melbourne.
This permanent full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, working 38 hours per week. If you're passionate about delivering quality customer service, enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
- Greeting customers upon arrival and providing clear communication throughout the repair process
- Contacting customers to confirm satisfaction with the AMA experience
- Handling telephone and email correspondence
- Supporting management with inventory tasks and liaising with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
- Proven experience in a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship-building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and work collaboratively with the team
