At a Top-Ranked Australian Workplace, we're seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead lifecycle and retention campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns, leveraging behavioural insights and touchpoints across multiple channels.
  • Design and implement targeted retention strategies to reduce churn and boost customer loyalty, including personalized communications and offers.
  • Create impactful educational content centered on product features and key benefits to engage customers and ensure optimal use throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cross-channel campaigns that align with customer needs and campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyze product use and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to enhance retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, or retention marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end lifecycle campaigns in a multi-channel environment.
  • Strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make data-backed decisions that influence key stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • $674 per day + Super (approximately $175,000+ annual salary).
  • Flexible working arrangement, with only 2 days per week in the Sydney CBD office.
  • Initial 12-month contract with potential to extend or convert to permanent.
  • Contractor perks, including paid Recharge Days and Public Holidays, and 1 week off between Christmas and New Year.
