Job Title: Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading global tech eCommerce company, is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing efforts and drive customer engagement across the Australian market.

This role involves designing and executing lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, post-purchase journeys, and product engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with teams to deepen customer relationships and develop personalized retention tactics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Leadership: Design and execute lifecycle campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Retention Strategies: Plan campaigns to reduce churn and drive product activation.
  • Customer Insights: Identify at-risk customers and develop personalized retention tactics.
  • Educational Content: Create webinars, articles, and videos to inform and engage customers about key product features.
  • Collaboration: Work with teams to deepen customer relationships and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across teams.
  • Project Management Skills: Highly organized with a knack for meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into compelling content.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong understanding of customer data, both behavioral and attitudinal.

Salary: AU$172,000 per annum. Job Duration: 12 Months. Job Start Date: Flexible On Start Date. Job Industries: Marketing. Job Locations: Sydney CBD. Job Types: Contract.
