As a Lifecycle and Retention Marketing Manager at Keegan Adams Recruitment, you will play a key role in designing and executing retention and lifecycle campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team where technology meets creativity.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead End-to-End Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns:
  • Develop and implement campaigns across multiple channels based on behavioural insights and touchpoints, from onboarding through to renewal.
  • Retention Strategies:
  • Design and execute targeted strategies to reduce churn and boost loyalty, including personalised communications and offers to drive product activation and enhance the customer experience.
  • Create Educational Content:
  • Produce impactful content centred on product features and key benefits to engage customers and ensure optimal use throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collaborate on Retention Efforts:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, cross-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs and campaign goals.
  • Monitor and Forecast:
  • Track and analyse product use and engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to enhance retention efforts.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement:
  • Work with Events, Expansion, and Community teams to leverage opportunities for increasing product usage and fostering deeper customer engagement.


Requirements:


  • Must have 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, product marketing, or retention marketing.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong understanding of how to effectively market monthly subscription-based products.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end lifecycle campaigns in a multi-channel environment.
  • Strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to make data-backed decisions that influence key stakeholders.


What We Offer:


  • Competitive salary $674 per day + Super ($175,000+ Super).
  • Flexible working: Only 2 days per week in the Sydney CBD office.
  • Initial 12-month contract with potential to extend or convert to permanent.
