Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and meet financial targets for the South Australian operations. Negotiate and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Growth Initiatives: Aim to increase annual revenue to $6 million by expanding operations and seeking new client engagements while enhancing existing relationships.
  • Client Development: Achieve and surpass goals for new customer acquisition and maximize value from these partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning: Effectively implement annual strategic goals and action plans, maintaining a strong presence in the business landscape.
