About the Role:
Eagers Automotive Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HSE Manager to lead all workplace health, safety, and environment matters for our South Australia and Northern Territory region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on workplace health, safety, and environment to regional leaders, employees, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement HSE performance improvement initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure effective application of Eagers HSE management policy, standards, and procedures.
- Provide high-quality advisory support and deliverables aligned to regional HSE and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of ten years' experience in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Knowledge of South Australian Workers Compensation legislation.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing/Production, Retail, and Service sectors.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Tap Root or ICAM, ISO45001/ISO9001 Lead Auditor, Prosci, PMBok, Coaching/Training).
