About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable stay with us.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide expert knowledge on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, helping guests make the most of their stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Process payments and manage guest accounts with ease and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel is preferred, but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to think on your feet and provide creative solutions.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (OperaCloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests 24/7.
