We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, a luxurious five-star hotel located in the heart of Broadbeach.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel special during their stay.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure their comfort.
  • Maintain a neat and organised front desk area.
  • Process payments and manage guest accounts.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in customer service and professionalism.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software (OperaCloud preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
