As a Luxury Dining Experience Coordinator, your role will include:

  • Ensuring all guests receive an exceptional luxury dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverages in a timely manner.
  • Providing expert knowledge of menu items, drinks, and wine options to guests.
  • Taking orders and handling guest requests with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant/Barista in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Able to learn menu items, drinks, and wine options to provide expert advice to guests.
  • A valid Working Visa for Australia.
