Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Ambassador. As the face of our luxury hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.

About the Role

The Hotel Ambassador will be responsible for greeting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, assisting with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure. You will also be familiar with the hotel facilities and services to assist with guest queries. Your role will involve maintaining cleanliness and organization in the lobby and porte-cochère areas, including clearing debris and arranging seating. Additionally, you will provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience. You will also assist guests with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis, limousines, and airport transfers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly and efficiently
  • Assist with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and porte-cochère areas
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities
  • Assist guests with transportation arrangements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality. You will also need to have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. You must also hold a valid full Australian driver's licence.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
