About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and brand nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clear sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across wholesale, retail, and online channels.
  • Define and set sales targets, and identify key performance measures to drive sales revenue growth.
  • Sourcing, recruiting, training, supervising, and performance managing sales and marketing staff to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships.
  • Attending sales meetings and presenting the value of our product suite, identifying customer needs, and offering solutions.
  • Developing and implementing sales release cycle methodologies to optimize sales take-up rates.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support sales efforts by promoting our product suite to decision-makers across each target customer segment.
  • Developing and implementing front-end and back-end processes and procedures to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing function.
  • Developing and implementing measurable marketing strategies that support sales efforts, including procuring and managing external marketing agencies.
  • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods, budgets, and results, and making changes to optimize results.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant degree qualification in a related field with 2 years of experience in a similar role. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
