We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Overview

The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sale revenue growth across the wholesale, retail and food service sales channels.
  • Define and set sales targets and identify key performance measures to best drive sales revenue growth.
  • Sourcing, recruiting, training, supervising and performance managing sales and marketing staff to achieve sales targets and build solid customer relationships.
  • Present the value of the company's products and offer solutions to customers.
  • Develop and implement sales release cycle methodologies to optimise sales take-up rates.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to best support sales efforts by promoting the company's products to decision makers across each target customer segment.
  • Build the company's brand and image as a world class producer, processor and distributor of premium quality food products.
  • Develop and implement front-end and back-end processes and procedures to maximise the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing function.
  • Develop and implement measurable marketing strategies that best support sales efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree qualification and 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.

At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
