
Strategic Project Enablement Specialist

Project Enablement Specialists are highly motivated and experienced professionals who play a critical role in driving business growth and success. They are responsible for identifying, owning and driving Operational Risk Events to resolution in collaboration with all key stakeholders across the business.
As a Project Enablement Specialist, you will be working closely with Control Management teams, Field and COEs (MCO, GCO and Risk) to provide first line of support/defence enabling both protection and growth for our business. You will achieve this by coordinating with internal and external auditors, executing on auditor's requests and implementing remediation plans.
The successful candidate will have strong process and project management skills together with a demonstrated results orientation (setting targets, prioritization, personal accountability) and proficiency with metrics / KPIs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders & partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, own and drive Operational Risk Events to resolution
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and implement remediation plans
- Efficiently implement regulatory changes, including enhancements to existing processes and systems
- Establish systems and procedures to enforce robust AML/KYC procedures
- Ensure Risk, Compliance and Audit policies are adhered to across the Onboarding process
- Manage & resolve compliance gaps
- Identify and implement projects to improve POC and activation
- Align across GMNS businesses with any nuances, including Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Operational Excellence and Operations teams
