Job Overview:

  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to equip sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in enablement strategies and methodologies.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or GTM roles within B2B SaaS or tech companies. Proven ability to lead distributed teams, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and drive business growth through strategic enablement initiatives.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and enablement platforms (Mindtickle, Highspot, Gong, Seismic).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
